Vintage Brewing Company (VBC) – You may be familiar with the amazing house-made brews Vintage crafts. What you may not know is that Vintage also crafts delicious American cuisine. Take this Big Sky Burger one of their VBC Signature Burgers, made with bacon, cheddar, fried onions and Cattleman’s BBQ sauce on a Parker House roll served with steak fries. Watch out for the sweet and juiciness, you might forget to come back up for air. Also, do note: the photo is not exaggerated; taking a bun-to-bun bite may be impossible.
Another dish carefully crafted is their BBQ Baked Mac & Cheese. You heard it right, savory BBQ pork layered with cellentani pasta and cheese, topped with seasoned breadcrumbs. You may find this at other places, though the flavor does not compare to VBC’s dish. The BBQ pork is sweet with a bit of a kick, and is perfectly cooked. Put that together with pasta, a ton of cheese and you got yourself the creamiest and most delicious mac & cheese ever! The BBQ Baked Mac & Cheese from VBC, is the Cadillac of mac & cheese, the big cheese of mac & cheese…well, you get what I’m saying. Put this on your bucket list kids, this is something you don’t want to miss.
So if you haven’t noticed, VBC don’t just cook any dish and call it a day. Check out their Bacon-Crusted Meatloaf glazed with VBC spicy garlic sauce, served with mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies. So fabulous you wouldn’t want meatloaf any other way. This is true for many of their dishes. Including the Fish Tacos (VBC beer battered whitefish in soft flour tortillas, topped with VBC coleslaw, salsa and Hoodoo Hot sauce, served with black beans and rice) and Grilled Cheese BLT (your choice of cheese with bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo).
So when you’re looking for a place that brews their own beer and delicious food, check out Vintage Brewing Company for exceptional drinks and dishes.

Despite what the menu might claim, that’s not a Parker House roll. Despite that, the burger looks delicious (as does the m’n'c) and I think a trip to the VBC is in my near future.
They were very delicious, I sure hope you get out there soon. Feel free to share your experience and thoughts here or on getnmahbelly’s facebook. Happy eating!
